  • Turnaround and restructuring deals
  • Minority growth equity (minimum 35% stake)
Size:
  • $5 to $150 million of Revenue
  • $1 to $20 million of EBITDA
  • Turnarounds must be at least breakeven with recent history of >$3mm EBITDA

We are also seeking add-on acquisitions for our portfolio company Organic Dyes and Pigments (www.organicdye.com), in particular targeting manufacturers of pigments, dyes and/or related chemicals with between $2 and $10 million in sales.
